Ross Lupaschuk (born
January 19 ,1981 inEdmonton ,Alberta ) is a professional hockey player. He played for theWilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of theAmerican Hockey League in 2004–05. As a restricted free agent in 2005, Lupaschuk elected not to re-sign with the Penguins for the upcoming season and forMora IK , inSweden . The following year he played forMalmö Redhawks , also in Sweden, but left the team during the season forKärpät , in Finland. He currently plays forAvangard Omsk Oblast of theKontinental Hockey League .Lupaschuk was drafted in the second round in 1999 by the
Washington Capitals and traded to the Penguins in the summer of 2001 as part of a package of prospects that went to Pittsburgh for Jaromir Jagr.He will be attending the Anaheim Ducks training camp September 19, 2008 for one last attempt at making the NHL.External links
