Michael (Mike) D. Keebaugh (born November 10, 1945) is a retired, former President of Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems, a business of Raytheon Company.[1] He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 1967 and a Master of Science in computer science in 1971. Both degrees were awarded by the Pennsylvania State University,[2] which named him an Outstanding Engineering Alumnus in 2005.
