Rabinder Singh is a former R&AW official who was suspected of being a

He later volunteered to join R&AW, the primary Indian intelligence agency. According to reports, he attracted attention fromcounter-intelligence officials when he was found photocopying documents not related to his work. After coming under suspicion, he was placed under surveillance, but onMay 14 ,2004 , he disappeared.
