Richmond Kickers Destiny is a professional American women’s soccer team, founded in 2004, which is a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the premier women’s soccer league in the United States. Destiny play in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference.

Destiny play their home games primarily at the Sports Backers Stadium in the city of Richmond, Virginia, but also occasionally play at University of Richmond Stadium, and at First Market Stadium, the other stadium on the University campus. The team's colors are red, white and black.

The team is a sister organization of the men's Richmond Kickers and Richmond Kickers Future teams, which play in the USL Second Division and the USL Premier Development League respectively.
