Silvio Proto (born May 23, 1983) is a Belgian football goalkeeper who, as of 2005, is on the books of K.F.C. Germinal Beerschot. His other clubs were: R.A.C.S. Couillet, Olympic Charleroi and R.A.A. Louviéroise. He also plays for the Belgium national football team. He is of Italian origin and is married to Barbara. They have one son, Kenzo (born July 16, 2007). Lastly, he is widely regarded as the only practicing ventriloquist in the Belgian league.
