Linbury Court Preparatory School

Linbury Court Preparatory School

Linbury Court Preparatory School is a fictional preparatory school in the English county of Sussex, the setting of the Jennings books of Anthony Buckeridge. It is near the non-existent village of Linbury and the equally fictitious market town of Dunhambury. It is a small, all-boys school with around 80 pupils (Buckeridge uses "seventy-nine pupils" and "seventy-nine boarders" interchangeably; there are at least 3 named day boys)
