Facts and Logic About the Middle East

Facts and Logic About the Middle East (or FLAME) is a non-profit pro-IsraelFact|date=August 2007 organization based in San Francisco, California. Their stated purpose is ". . . the research and publication of the facts regarding developments in the Middle East and exposing false propaganda that might harm the interests of the United States and its allies in that area of the world." It regularly places full-page ads in leading journals of opinion such as National Review and New Republic, and in both metropolitan and smaller-market newspapers. As such, it is a good example of what has been called "treetop propaganda", aimed at opinion makers.
