Yorkis Miguel Vargas Pérez (born September 30, 1967 in Bajos de Haina, Dominican Republic) is a left-handed former relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Chicago Cubs, Florida Marlins, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros and Baltimore Orioles. He also pitched three games in by|1992 for the Yomiuri Giants.

Yorkis has three cousins (all brothers) that have played in the major leagues: Melido Perez, Pascual Pérez, and Carlos Pérez.
