Jones Quain

Jones Quain (1796 - 1865) was an anatomist, born at Mallow, Ireland. Quain was professor of Anatomy and Physiology in the University of London. He was author of "Elements of Anatomy," of which the first edition was published in 1828. He was the brother of Richard Quain, also an anatomist and cousin of Sir Richard Quain.Name pronounced: (kwan)
