Meridian Middle School is a middle school on Brandywyn Lane, in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

Meridian is one of four in the Aptakisic-Tripp School District. It serves grades 5 and 6. It is also the northernmost school in the district. Students will enter Meridian coming either from Tripp Elementary School or Earl Pritchett Elementary School.

The school was built by 1994 and a referendum was held in the district for another school. From there, Buffalo Grove annexed the land on which the school lay. The school borders the city of Prairie View. After Meridian, the students go to Aptakisic Junior High.
