The Punkles are a band that performs songs by The Beatles in punk style. They formed in 1998 and are from Hamburg, Germany and it is actually a side project of Prollhead.

They toured in October 2005 and with Beatallica, and they also did another tour in 2006 also with Beatallica. [ [http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/59024/ Beatallica vs. the Punkles at Melkweg] ] Unlike Betallica they perform the Beatles songs "as they are", singing the same lyrics and playing cover versions of the originals, just a "little" faster and with a punk feeling.
