Jose David Lapuz

Jose David Lapuz is the High Commissioner of UNESCO and Philippine Ambassador to the UNESCO Advisory Committee on Human Rights and Poverty in Paris.

He also teaches international relations and political science at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, the University of the Philippines, and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is Vice President of the Philippine Council for Foreign Policy and Supreme Grand Master of the Knights of Rizal.
