In this song, a young man, Stojan, is searching for his beloved Liljana, his fiancée. After he locates her in the village of Nanale, he falls deeply in love with her. The wedding is planned; on the wedding day Stojan waits for her, but she never comes (no nea ja nema da dojde), because she has fallen ill (se razbole). Stojan waited all day and night, but it was hopeless, because Liljana was on her death bed.
