Sarah Louise Rowell (born November 19, 1962 in Hostert, Germany) is a retired female long-distance runner from Great Britain. She competed for the United Kingdom at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. There she ended up in 14th place in the women's marathon. She set her personal best in the classic distance (2:28.06) in 1985. Rowell won the gold medal in the women's marathon at the 1983 Summer Universiade in Edmonton, Alberta (Canada).
