P. de Silva was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and right-arm bowler who played for Matara Sports Club.

De Silva made a single first-class appearance for the team, during the 1998-99 season, against Bloomfield. From the tailend, de Silva scored 6 not out in the first innings in which he batted, and 7 runs in the second.
