Owen Williams, (born Timothy Rhys Owen Williams, 22 March 1978) is a Welsh television producer and actor.

Best known for playing the character of Mathew Price in Welsh language soap opera Pobol y Cwm in 1991, he is now a producer for Independent Television Production Company, Fflic, part of the Boomerang Group.
