At the 2008 World Junior Curling Championships, Eriksson skipped Team Sweden to a silver medal, losing to the United States in the final, skipped by Chris Plys.
At the 2009 World Junior Curling Championships, Eriksson skipped Sweden to a fourth place finish. He once again lost to Plys, this time for a different medal colour.
At the 2011 World Junior Curling Championships, Eriksson finally won a gold medal, defeating Norway's Steffen Mellemseter 6-5 in the final.
