Ooranayakanvalasu

Ooranayakavalasu is a village in Dharapuram taluk, in Tirupur district, in the state of Tamil Nadu. India.

History

The village consists of more than 300 people as Agriculturist. It is basically a dry area so here people use to grow drumstick tree in their 50% of their whole field. Then you can find tall palm trees around the village.

Culture

You can find Hindus and Christians here. The main god in this village is Vinayagar And Ellumalayan (Lord Vishnu). People use to festive this god during mid-September to October (Purattachi in Tamil).
