Omrania and Associates

Omrania and Associates is an architectural/engineering consulting practice with more than 37 years experience. Since its inception, it has become a leading firm in the Middle East in the fields of Town Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Project Management.

On the foundations of the experience and expertise of its qualified managers, architects and engineers, Omrania has effectively established an organization capable of meeting today's most advanced technologies. This has been achieved through a continuous effort to ensure the cost-effective consolidation of existing resources and talent, the broadening of in-house expertise as well as the development of in-house project management systems and software.

Omrania’s business had traditionally been predominantly in Saudi Arabia. However, in the early 1980s Omrania established a branch office in London to service both the Saudi and European markets. In addition, OMRANIA was an equity holder from 1992 to 2004 in Chovet Engineering, a French manufacturing and process engineering company, operating in the Middle East and other world regions.

Recognising the potential offered in other developing areas of the Middle East, Omrania has creating subsidiaries in Bahrain and Jordan and has executed projects in Yemen, Lebanon, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi as well as in Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Bahrain. Moreover, through joint venture partnerships, associations and affiliations with internationally recognised consultants and other organizations, OMRANIA has brought an international perspective to many major projects and developments.

The total staff employed by Omrania today is approximately 320.
