Omer Kamil

Omer Kamil is the current Special Commissioner for Colombo, the appointed chief city administrator of the Colombo Municipal Council. A former Mayor of Colombo, he was the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Islam Republic of Iran. He was educated at Royal College Colombo.
