Olympic medal record Competitor for Czechoslovakia Men's ice hockey Silver 1968 Grenoble Team Bronze 1972 Sapporo Team Silver 1976 Innsbruck Team Oldřich Machač[1] (18 April 1946 – 10 August 2011) was an ice hockey player who played in the Czechoslovak Extraliga. He won three medals in three Olympics. He was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1999.
