Bhim Singh

Bhim Singh is the leader of the Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party, a political organisation based in India in state of Jammu and Kashmir. He was born in tehsil Ramnagar, Distt Udhampur, He hails from the Dogra clan a fighter race in the himalyan region. After his initial studies in Ramnagar he did his BA from Jammu University. Then he left for Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh where he completed his LLB from Aligarh Muslim University. He then left for world tour and visited 100 countries including Europe, America, Africa, Asia, Middle east and Russia. He picked up Bar at law from UK. He became twice MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. He spear headed many agitations and was jailed many times while leading movements for peoples demands. At present he is a MLC in the legislative council in Jammu and Kashmir. He is a practicing lawyer in Supreme court of India.
