Officiorum ac Munerum was an Apostolic Constitution issued by Pope Leo XIII on 25 January 1897.[1]
The constitution terminated the rules regarding the punishment by excommunication for reading or possession of forbidden or heretical works, and replaced them by new general decrees.[2]
