Biography
Born February 14, 1969 in South Kazakhstan Region in the family of civil servants. Kazakh. Finished school with honors. In 1987–1989 served in Germany. In 1989 entered Alma-Ata Automobile and Road Institute, Faculty of Motor Transport. After graduation worked as a junior research assistant at the Department of Motor Transport Production and Management in the same Institute. In 1995 went to business as a Commercial Director of Karaspan LLP. In 1997 became a Deputy Director General of Alma-Oil Corp. In 1998–2000 gained second university degree in Alma-Ata State University at the Faculty of Law. In 1999 became a Deputy Director General of the Supplies Department of the national oil company Kazakh-Oil. In 2002 transferred to the public service in the President of the Kazakh Republic Office as a Deputy Director on General Issues of the Department of Presidential Affairs. In 2002 moved to Moscow with family for the diplomatic service. Became a Chief of Administration in the Kazakhstan Embassy in the Russian Federation. Director General of the Moscow Office of JSOC KazMunayGaz since 2003. 2003–2005 studied in the Moscow International Higher Business School, MBA in Oil and Gas Business Management. In 2005 became a PhD in Technical Sciences with thesis “Fundamentals of road construction with regard to higher parameters influenced by vehicles” Independent member of the Board of Directors of the insurance company Amanat Insurance since 2009. Married, has two children.
Public Life
Trustee of the football club Murager playing in the International Football League – Moscow Diaspora Cup. Active member of the Society of Kazakh Culture and Language in Russia. Supports educational programs for the development of the Kazakh language in the Russian Federation. Actively supports programs of the Islamic Cultural Center of Russia (ICCR). Works with social and religious organizations for the development of interethnic and intercultural dialogue.
