Nuri Saryal

Nuri Saryal (born 2 September 1929) was rector of Middle East Technical University from 1977 to 1979.^[1]

He was born in Baku, Azerbaijan as the son of Ismail and Helena (née Hoffmann) Seyitzade. He has been a Turkish citizen since 1931, with the family name changed to Saryal.
