Nungua is a small town in eastern Ghana near the coast.

Transport
It is served by a station on the eastern network of the national railway system. A bridge which was out of service for some time, was repaired in 2009. Other means of Transportation are taxi, 'tro tro' (mini buses), Metro Transit Buses, or canoes
Roads
The main Accra-Nungua beach road which used to be called the Accra - Ada road goes through Nungua from Teshie, to Sakumono and then to . Currently, a new road network is being constructed from the Kpeshie Lagoon estuary near the La Palm Beach Hotel through the Northern parts of the Military Academy to Teshie Tsuibleoo to Nungua via the Nungua Estates (formerly 'Builders' Brigade'). One common road runs through La (Kodjo Sardine) to the 37 road near the Trade Fair, and in front of the Zenith University to the Military Academy or straight to join the Accra-Tema beach road in front of the La Palm Hotel. Again, one could use the road under construction immediately after the Teshie Police Station to Tsui Bleoo in the north to Nungua.
