Norrøna is a Norwegian brand of outdoor clothing and sports gear. The company was created in 1929 by Jørgen Jørgensen and is run to this day by his descendants, at present by his great grandson who is also named Jørgen Jørgensen.[1]
Norrøna is contributing clothes and gear to Børge Ousland for his polar exploration trips[2] and to bicycle rider Kurt Asle Arvesen.[3]
There are differing opinions amongst skiers about the suitability of some of Norrøna's outfits.[4]
