Norman "Norm" Wingert is a retired American soccer goalkeeper who played in the North American Soccer League between 1973 and 1975 for the Philadelphia Atoms. His son is current Real Salt Lake player Chris Wingert.

Wingert attended Hartwick College where he played soccer from 1969 to 1971.^[1] He then played for the Philadelphia Atoms of the North American Soccer League from 1973 to 1975. In 1976, he played for the New York Apollo of the American Soccer League.

Wingert later became a school administrator in Los Angeles and currently teaches at West Islip High School. This is his last year teaching and plans to retire after the 2010 school year.
