Noritoshi Kanai

Noritoshi Kanai (カナイ・ノリトシ) (b. 1923)^[1] introduced sushi to the United States in the 1960s.^[2][3]

He worked for a Japanese subsidiary company, the Mutual Trading Company, which was started by his father.
