A Nopaltilla is a Cactus-Corn Tortilla.
The name nopaltilla comes from the fusion of two words, namely "Nopal" which is Spanish for Prickly Pear Cactus and tor"Tilla" and thus refers to a tortilla made with both corn and cactus.
