Nikolay Orlov

Nikolay Alekseyevich Orlov (Russian: Николай Алексеевич Орлов; 27 April 1827 — 17 March 1885, was a Russian diplomat who from 13 December 1869 to 2 May 1870 was the Ambassador of the Russian Empire to the Austro-Hungarian Empire.[1]
