Nikolai Helk

Nikolai Helk (February 25, 1886 Tartu County – May 14, 1941, Tallinn) was an Estonian Major General Judge Advocate and President of the Supreme Military Tribunal between 1935 to 1940. He was executed by the Soviet occupation forces on May 14th, 1941.^[1]
