Kopperholdt was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm fast-medium. He was born in Ålborg, North Jutland County.
Kopperholdt represented Denmark Under-19's in 2 youth One Day Internationals in 1998.[1] He later made his debut for Denmark in a List A match against Ireland in the 2005 ICC Trophy. Hansen played 2 further List A matches in the tournament, against the Netherlands and Namibia.[2][3] In his 3 List A matches, he scored 14 in three not out innings, with a high score of 12*.[4]
He last played for Denmark in 2007, against Bermuda during their tour of Denmark.
