Nicholas Van Vranken Franchot II (May 5, 1884 - December 14, 1938), was the New York State Superintendent of Public Works from January 4, 1905 to January 14, 1907.^[1]

He was born on May 5, 1884 to Nicholas Van Vranken Franchot I (1855–1943). He died on December 14, 1938.
