Nicholas Hume-Loftus, 1st Earl of Ely PC (I) (1714 – 31 October 1766) was a British peer and member of the House of Lords. He represented the constituency of Fethard, County Wexford, Ireland.
He became Earl of Ely in 1766 and was succeeded by Nicholas Hume-Loftus, 2nd Earl of Ely.
