The International Harvester Newport Series Cabover trucks, models CO9670, 9700, and 9800 were trucks built to replace the Transtar II COE. The first trucks were built in 1981 until the 9800 series in 1998.[1]

The 9800 is also remarkable in that is was the first successful flat floor cabover, meaning that there was no engine compartment or "doghouse" separating the driver and passenger seats, and also enabling easier access to the sleeper compartment.
