-
The New Annual Register (subtitled, "Or General Repository of History, Politics and Literature for the Year...") was a reference work, written and published each year, which recorded and analysed the year’s major events, developments and trends throughout the world in response to The Annual Register, which was first written in 1758 under the editorship of Edmund Burke, and has been produced continuously since that date.
