Ness Flowers is a Welsh former rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s who at club level has played rugby union (RU) for Crynant RFC and Ystradgynlais RFC, and at representative level has played rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for Wigan, and Cardiff City (Bridgend) Blue Dragons, playing at Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. number 7.[1]

Ness Flowers won caps for Wales while at Wigan, and Cardiff City (Bridgend) Blue Dragons 1980…1984 4-caps 1-tries 3-points.[2]

Note

Before the start of the 1984/85 season, Cardiff City Blue Dragons relocated from Ninian Park in Cardiff, to Coychurch Road Ground in Bridgend, and were renamed Bridgend Blue Dragons.
