Nebojša Pejić (Serbian Cyrillic: Небојша Пејић ; born 5 January 1988 in Belgrade) is a Bosnian Serb football midfielder currently playing for FK Sloga Doboj.

Despite having been born in Belgrade Serbia, he was selected to be part of the Bosnian national under-21 team.
