Overview
It was performed in 12 teams, and Dempo won the championship under the coach Armando Colaco. This was their first title. Sporting Clube de Goa came second and Kingfisher East Bengal came third. Tollygunge Agragami and State Bank of Travancore were relegated from the National Football League 2005-06.
