Natale Masuccio (Messina, 1568–1619) was an Italian architect and Jesuit. Trained in Rome, he was expelled from the order in 1616. He mainly worked in Sicily on Jesuit projects, such as redesigning the Church of the Gesu in Palermo (1603) and designing the Jesuit complexes at Trapani (1614), Messina (1604) and Sciacca (1613–17) and the Jesuit Novitiate at Palermo. He also designed the Palazzo del Monte di Pietà at Messina (1616) and the church of St Agatha in Caltanissetta.
