Naam Yog Sadhna Mandir (Hindi: नाम योग साधना मंदिर) also known as Jai gurudev Temple (Hindi: जय गुरुदेव मंदिर) is located at Mathura. This temple is being constructed by Baba Jai gurudev in memory of his Guru His Holiness Ghurelal ji Maharaj popularly known as Dada Guru who lived in Chirauli Village of Aligarh District of Uttar Pradesh.

We are fortunate to have such a August personality living in our own time in the form of "PARAM SANT SWAMI TULSIDAS JI MAHARAJ", popularly known as BABA JAIGURUDEO all over the country. A living embodiment of simplicity, loving kindness and profound spirituality inherited from his peerless MASTER SAINT GHURELAL JI MAHARAJ of village Chirauli in district Aligarh. Baba Jai Gurudeo was born in a small village in Uttar Pradesh and is presently residing at his Ashram in Mathura of U.P. State in India. His quest for a perfect Guru started at a very tender age of six when he renounced the world forever. He searched for a perfect spiritual master for years. Finally his search ended with his Guru Swami Ghurelalji Maharaj, who initiated him towards the achievement of highest order of divinity. Baba Jai Gurudeo with his intense urge to seek the Divine, followed and practised the path as guided by his Master Guru. His urge was so intense that in no time he could find the Ultimate to his full satisfaction.
Baba Jai Gurudeo is the founder and head of the religious organisation namely "JAI GURUDEO DHARAM PRACHARAK SANSTHA". The Ashram of Baba Jai Gurudeo is located on Delhi-Agra highway and is spread in several acres of land. The office of this organisation is located in the Ashram. The organisation is running a school where free education is provided to poor and needy children, free dispensary for medical treatment and various other charitable programmes besides construction of a huge temple.
Besides various spiritualfunctions which are held at the Ashram, one annual function "BHANDARA" is organised in the memory of his Master Guru Sant Ghurelalji Maharaj, which is attended by lakhs of devotees and piligrims.
Since 1952, Baba Jai Gurudeo has been propagating "THE SANT MAT" which is the practical part of self realisation. The inner sound current "Shabd" is the essence of Sant Mat, which detatches one from worldly associations and pleasures and turns our attention within.
The spirituality is the knowledge of soul and God. For this it is essential to have a perfect living master who has attained the spiritual knowledge and can also impart the same to others. The need is to come in contact with such a master, learn the technique from him, carry out spiritual practices with ceaseless persistance and unshakeable faith and thus return home, and merge into the ocean of which the soul is a drop. The soul is a spark of our Divine Lord.
This whole process calls for no change in religion, no different garments. Anybody, young and old, can practice and follow this path. This is the key to God realization. Baba Jai Gurudeo, one of the most widely known Saint, has lucidly dealt with these points in his discourses. They are so penetrating in thoughts, so profound and rich in spirituality, that they go straight in the heart of earnest seeker.
Location
The Temple is located in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh state on National Highway 2 (Delhi – Agra bypass). It is approximately 150 KM from New Delhi, the capital city of Republic of India.This great Powerful Saint Baba Jai Gurudeo has been preaching for upliftment of soul through his religious discourses under the name of "JAI GURUDEO" which is the name of God. This Great Saint attributes the present state of humanity to the five-fold inner weaknesses of man : i.e. lust, anger, greed, attachment and egoism. The Saint is therefore busy day by day in what He calls "The reconstruction of the real temple - Human Body", a job which only a great powerful Saint can do.
Baba Jai Gurudeo has initiated crores of people providing them the missing link between the Holy Spirit and its source. Through his discourses he has always been making people realize the real purpose of human life. According to him originally we have descended from the highest region.
Now we have again attained the human form after passing millions of ages in the lower species of life. We should therefore utilise this human body to the fullest extent and for the very purpose for which it is extended.
Baba Jai Gurudeo reveals that the objective of getting this valuable gift is to know ourselves and our creator and return to our original Home, the ocean of Eternal Peace & Bliss, free from all pain & miseries . Hence this is the golden opportunity with us to attain God. Babaji reveals that human body is made up of five basic elements, namely earth, fire, water, air and sky. This is the only form that has got the power to think and reason. It is only while in this human form that we can set foot on this Glorious Path. No other living creation of God has this ability. In this very form one can meditate and attain salvation. Even the angels long for the human form for this very reason.
Human Body is the supreme creation of God, only because in this very form meditation is possible. Other species cannot follow because they don't have all the five elements present in human body. Other species come on this earth only to pass their period of survival for their wrong deeds while in human form. Souls have to undergo lot of pain for the deeds done while being in human form. HELL is the prison for wrong deeds and HEAVEN for the good deeds. Only great Saints with highly elevated souls can see these two places. This is the reason why these Saints time and again come on this earth to guide and show the right path to human beings.
God has kept a treasure in human body. Only the true spiritual master knows the place. It is with his grace that the inner door of the treasure is revealed and opened. He opens the Divine Eye within. The God resides in our body, but it is our mind and ego which have drawn a blinding veil between us and our creator. The veil can be lifted and pierced only with the help of a Perfect Master. Baba Jai Gurudeo in his discourses has always made people realize that this human body is a rented house for a meaningful purpose of achieving the Divine in a limited period of time. It is the abode of Lord himself. It is only when the soul unites with the Lord, that we can win the eternal bliss.
This is the reason why Baba Jai Gurudeo always insisted in his discourses to be vegetarian, as this is necessary thing to follow spiritualism. This temple should be absolutely clean and pious. If we eat good natural vegetarian food, the thoughts will be clean, soft and pious. And, if we add blood and flesh of other species, the basic physical form of human body will be disturbed and the thoughts will be defiled.
Spiritualism needs a calm pious place. BABA JAI GURUDEO INSISTS THAT THIS HUMAN BODY IS A TEMPLE OF GOD, SO THE PEOPLE SHOULD LEARN TO BE VEGETARIAN AND NON-ALCOHOLIC IN ORDER THAT THE TEMPLE IS NOT DEFILED. Since human form is extended for this very purpose, it is necessary for human beings to understand and preserve its sanctity, then only one can understand and practice spiritualism. People of every country will have to learn HINDI language to understand spirituality.
So being in human body let people make use of this temple to unite with the ultimate. This is possible only through such Saints who have attained the height of Spirituality.Baba Jai Gurudeo preaches the same way to the God thru "Nam yog Sadhana"
What testimony else could there be to Sainthood except the Saint’s own being and his capacity to inspire, guide and then initiate the seekers in the quest of Divine. Therefore, let everyone seek the shelter of the Saint of the ERA for the future guidance and spiritualism
