NOGO NoTow Type service Area served Canada Website nogonotow.com NOGO NoTow is a Canadian parking lot management franchise. Its employees clamp cars that park in private parking spaces (using a Wheel clamp) to prevent parking poaching by members of the public.
Mischief charge
On December 16, 2008, employees of a Fredericton franchise of the company clamped the car of a woman who had parked in a spot owned by a Service New Brunswick driving examiner. The woman contacted police and filed a criminal mischief charge. The notice was served on the company on February 2, 2009. The company briefly ceased operations, but has since resumed service. All charges were later dropped,[1][2] but the investigation is continuing.[3]
