National Automotive Test Tracks (NATRAX), indore is a proposed and under-construction Centre under National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project (NATRiP), Govt of India.It wil be a world-class automotive test tracks providing centre on 4140 acres and.The proving ground will have all varieties of surface types to test vehicles against varying terrains and stringencies.The heart of the proving ground will be the oval high speed track of 14 km where vehicles with neutral speeds upto 250 kmph would be tested. NATRAX will be the Centre of Excellence for vehicle dynamics.NATRiP has planned an expenditure of Rs. 430 crores to create this world-class facility at Indore.^[1][2]
