Dong-chul (Park Joong-hoon) is a thug who can't really fight but still acts like a tough guy. One day a demure-looking woman moves in next door and intrigues him with her brazen personality.
To support her father, Han Se-jin (Jung Yoo-mi) leaves her hometown for an IT job in Seoul. However, her happiness is short-lived when the company goes bankrupt and even her boyfriend leaves her. She finds a new job but has to move into a small apartment, with a small-time gangster for a neighbor.
