In the south of the station is Nanjing Zhongshan Middle School, Chenghong Gas Station, The Disabled Club and Recovery and Amusement Center Garden. The station is a two-layer station of island type. It has the length of 199 meters, the width of 20.8 meters and the height of 14.46 meters. And it covers an area of 11015 square meters. Since Line 2 of the Nanjing Metro is centered on Chinese traditional festivals, the theme culture walls with statues and wall paintings are set in every station. And the theme of Muxuyuan is Chinese Valentine’s Day. You can see many romantic stories passed down from the ancient China if you rise your head, such as Niulang and Zhinv, Houyi and Chang’e and so on.[1]
