Dardania in Moesia Superior

Municipium Dardanicum[1] or Municipium Dardanorum[2] was a Roman mining town (in modern Socanica near the Ibar valley) that was connected with the workings (Metalla Dardanica[1]). It was located about 65 km northeast of Ulpiana, inside the province of Moesia Superior.
