Mullah Mohammad Hasan

One-legged former Taliban governor of Kandahar and former foreign minister for the Taliban. He was born in Oruzgan and attended a maddressa in Quetta, Pakistan.^[1] He spoke to Reuters in 2003 via satellite phone and is believed to still be alive.
