Mule Peninsula

Mule Peninsula (68°39′S 77°58′E / 68.65°S 77.967°E / -68.65; 77.967) is an irregular-shaped rocky peninsula between Ellis Fjord and Krok Fjord in the southern part of the Vestfold Hills. Mapped from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition (1936–37) and called Breidnesmulen (the broad point snout) by Norwegian cartographers. Mule Peninsula is an adaptation of the original Norwegian name by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA).
