Mughli (Hindi:मुग़ली, Urdu: مغلای) is a family-based chain of Indian-Pakistani restaurants, serving fine "mughlai cuisine" – recipes from the northern regions of the Indian subcontinent.

Pronounced mug-glee (n.), the name literally translates as "descendant of the Mughals", Muslims from Central Asia who descended into, and ruled over, most of the Indian sub-continent from the 16th century to the 19th century.

All restaurants are fully air-conditioned and licensed, and cater for families, large parties and birthdays. A take-away service is also available from both locations.

Menu

Mughli maintains an extensive food menu – with a variety of meat, poultry, vegetarian and seafood options.

It specialises in, and is renowned for, both its char-grilled meats and karahi style of cooking with its signature sauce, the "karahi", available in its most authentic form as well as with a selection of contemporary infusions, unique to Mughli.

News and Special Offers

The restaurants have an online presence, and communicate special offers with their registered customers, through social-networking sites such as facebook and twitter as well as through its website, www.mughli.com,[1].
